I was just hacked also and they put an authiticater on my account...i can change my password but the same damn product you have to help keep my account safe keeps me out of it. And of course the great blizzard costumer ser i cant talk to anybody about this until like 10 hours from now. So basically im paying for a gold farmer to steal all my stuff...because blizzard refuses to help. I mean look at the reply by this guy...sorry nothing we can do wait until morning. If it wasnt for YOUR STUPID AUTHINTICATORS i would atleast be playing right now...might have zero gold and all my stuff gone but i would be playing. Im sure you will be so cocky when you get your account hacked and it takes 6 hours to get it back. Why should i have to pay money to keep my account save. Im sure these accounts were hacked in the first place to get more people to pay for your account authenticator. Shouldnt they be free?? why charge for account security?????????

Yes i understand this....and BTW i have a very good virus scanner and firewall...atm i have no keylogger on my computer. Not sure how they got my account. This is besides the point though. I know most mmo's or whatever could care less and atleast blizzard cares bla bla bla...thats nice...but you think with all the money we fork out....15 a month....30 for transfers...50 for each game ...that they could atleast stay open on there phone lines 24 hours a day to help people who happen to play 3rd *!*# when they work 2nd *!*#. Also another point you seem to miss is i would be playing right now because i changed my password if it wasnt for this account authinticater. Play wow for 4 years i have learned you cant win an arguement with somebody here because people who play wow will argue with you over anything. So that being said...I guess I will wait until tomorrow to get my account back ....And Have the ability to cancle MY account. I could care less if i get my gold back...I would like the ablity to CANCLE my account if i want. or Erase my Credit Card information on file deleted so a hacker can not take it
